His trademark, in addition to his fine craftsmanship, is the colorful Indian outfit he wears while attending gun shows from coast to coast. He dons a buckskin fringed shirt, a valuable animal's claw necklace and high hat trimmed with a feather as he shows his wares at the trade shows. His clerc and bookkeeper for the time-consuming process of ordering supplies, mailing orders, catalogs and other correspondence is his vivacious wife who also accompanies him on most of the trips to gun exhibits and sales.
