This buffing wheel is used for flat or accessible surfaces. This buffing wheel is stiffer than a loose buffing wheel. This buffing wheel is used to cut-down and for contact buffing. Cloth is cut in full discs and sewed in a radial arc from the center to the edge of the buff. This 60 ply wheel is a 24 Point Radial Arc, and is a 9" wheel with a 3/4" arbor hole. These wheels are 3/4" thick.
