This buffing wheel is made of high grade cottons for cut-down and color operations. It is an excellent buffing wheel for running on automated buffing wheel equipment. Used for mush buffing and contour work. This wheel runs cooler than conventional buffing wheels and does a faster polishing job. Material is made into bias strips. These strips are then gathered into a clinch ring and this is what gives the buffing wheel a pleated appearance. This wheel is a white, airway, 16 ply, 9" wheel with a 3/4" arbor hole.
